Dribbling And Discharge After Urinating And Bowel Movements, Recurring Pain In Right Testicle. Any Ideas?

I am a 26 year old male and for the past few months I've noticed dribbling and discharge after urinating and even after bowel movements. More recently I have noticed pain that comes and goes in my right testicle. My testicle ultrasound was normal, I have no history of STDs and had my prostate checked recently and was told it is not enlarged or abnormal. What could this be that I'm experiencing?

Welcome to HCM!

You have to do certain investigations- USG KUB, Urine (Culture & Sensitivity),
Uroflowmetry, CBC, RFT.
You haven't mentioned any history of trauma, particularly to back/spine...
Consult your Urologist with reports & get physically examined by him for testicular pain.

Till then take antispasmodics, anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesics after
your doctor's opinion.
Decrease water intake to less than 2.5 litres per day.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
With warm regards.
Thanks.
