Hello and thanks for writing in at HCM
As per report you are suffering form Dyslipidemia (one or more the components of Lipid are deranged).
It a strong risk factor along with obesity for Coronary Heart Disease.
Consult your doctor and start your medication as soon as possible. But along with the medication you have to change your life style a lot:
1. Reduce your weight and maintain it according to your height.
2. Avoid all kind of fatty, oily, sugary and junk food.
3. Do regular exercise for at least one hour.
4. Stop smoking and alcohol.
5. Get your cardiac check up once in a year.
Hope you will follow the life style and reduce the weight but maintaining the weight is more important than loosing.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
