Done screening blood test. What does my HBsAg level mean? Is it dangerous?

last week i donated blood and today i got report in which screening report is as follow TEst donor s value cut off value HBsAg 310.48 2.00 Anti Hcv ab 0.45 1.00 Anti Hiv Ab 0.32 1.00 HBsAg is reactive with 310.48 what does it means ? is there any thing dangereous for me ? what should i do now ?any medicine ,care ? please replu
