Done Hysterectomy. Swollen Abdomen, Odorous Discharge, Blood Spots. What Is It?
I have had a hysterectomy a little over a yr ago. I am fully healed but about 2 weeks ago I noticed brownish to some what reddish spots on my panies. I did have sex right before that for the first time after surgery. Have not had sex since then. What I thought was a yeast infection I treated with home remedies. I do not have burning when I urinate no other symptoms other than swollen abdomen , small discharge with odor and the blood spots on my panies. I did a put a glove on and check my scar to see if blood was coming from vagina but didnt see any blood on gloves. I urinated on a white rag and didnt see blood there. So after I went to urinate I decided not to wipe to see what that would do and I see the spots on my panies. Could you tell me what that could be. I have never had a sexually transmitted diseases in my past. I am 43 and dont have sex that often due to fear of catching something. I dont have insurance and no money to see a dr. Can you tell me what I might have?
Hi, it appears to be a result of physical scraching, what ever it may be the probable infection should be treated first, and if it continues, you can consult a dermatologist. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cifixime 200 mg BD, ornidazole BD, for both the partners. Thank you.
