hi doctor, i have a problem i cannot share it with anyone that s why i am taking help of your online facility. i am 27 years old man. i am doing masturbation from previous 10 years. initially i was unaware of its harmful effects. but now after 10 years i am feeling that i have lost something. i was a bright student but now i can hardly remember anything. When i study something i forget it after 1 hours. more that i am also feeling some weakness in my sexual health . i have controlled this bad habit upto some extent. now i do masturbation after one month but still i am feeling weakness. i cannot control it fully. i tried many time but i am failed. i am getting married after one year. i want to get rid of this and also i want to improve my sexual health.would you suggest something? thanks

Hello dear..
First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.
Regarding the problem of forgetting the studies & weakness in sexual health, it is related to the stress & lack of self confidence.
So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Performance can be improved by having a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase memory or improve performance...it may be harmful.
Best thing is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
