Does Walnuts Interfere With The Blood Thinning?

I have just been prescribed Plavix after ASD heart repair - not open heart surgery, but the "clamshell" type surgery. I also love to munch on walnuts. Is this a problem with thinning my blood? I take 75 mg. of Plavix with 325 mg. of enteric aspirin. I am 65 years old.
