Does using marijuana effect mild aortic valve regurgitation murmur. What would be the worst case scenario if you only used a few times and a few times in the future. I am aloud to run, lift, and do anything except I am not allowed to play football or other contact type sports. Thanks in advance

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although there is nothing worst than death but the occurrence of cardiac failure is most likely complication that can occur and in rare situations it may lead to death. Having said this the possibility is very less as mild regurgitation do not allow heart to get decompensated unless otherwise there is immense circulatory overload.

Still to be on the safer side my request will be against use of any psycho-stimulant including cannabis.
