Hi!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Seeing your son urine report I can tell that he has an urinary infection because he has Leukocytes (pus cells)in his urine.
Leukocytes and nitrite in the urine can indicate a bacterial infection.
High protein levels can indicate an inflammation of the kidneys,
The presence of bacteria in the urine confirm the bacterial infection.

You son needs to take an antibiotic to treat this infection.
The standard management of an UTI requires only a short (3-day) course of a first-line antimicrobial agent such as trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole or a fluoroquinolone.
You can take Co-trimoxazole 240 mg/5ml,oral suspension, 5ml every 12 hours for 3 days .

Hope I was able to help you.
Wish your son good health.
