Does The Medications Affect The Blood Donation?

I stopped taking bubital/app/caff about 2 weeks ago. My Dr had me on it for like 2 months 2x day. I went to a neuro and she said it was dated and put me on Zocor and rizatriptan 2x a wk. What I want to know is if this would effect donating blood/plasma. There was no codeine in it. Thank you.

Rizatriptan is a 5-HT1 receptor agonist of the triptan class of drugs ,used for the treatment of migraine headaches.
Zocor (simvastatin) is a lipid-lowering agent that is derived synthetically from a fermentation product of Aspergillus terreus.
Simvastatin has a short half-life of only 3 hours.
Rizatriptan has also short half life of 2-3 hours.
Hence taking these two drugs won't affect your donation of blood or plasma.
Butalbital a barbiturate has a very long half-life of about 35 hours and accumulates in the body following repeated doses but 02 weeks stoppage of the drug ensures its elimination from the body and hence no effect on blood or plasma donation.
