I am a male. I seem to feel/or become bloated often easily. There are times I fart and burp often. I eat well and I believe I'm in good health; however, I do have poor eating habits--I do not eat at scheduled intervals. I always have breakfast, but not always around the same time on weekends as I do during week days. I may take lunch from 12:30 to as late as 4 pm on weekdays, and probably not at all on weekends, especially if I have "breakfast" at noon. I often stay up till 2:00 AM and may have some soup as late as 12:00 AM. Could there be another underlying cause for my bloating, burping and farting other my irregular eating habits?
