I have loose motions since yesterday. it could be the food i ate.. I also have my periods and have stomach pains. what can i do to stop this.. does taking Roko tablet or bi quinnol help to treat diaharea infection. looking forward to hearing from you soon. thank you

Hi, I think you should take oral antibiotics to help your diarrhea. Alongwith it take plenty of fluids & maintain good hydration. You can add electrolyte powder like ORS to water. Take semisolid diet and take probiotics.
