Hi, I went through your query. It is unlikely that you are ill for 3 months due to an episode of acute stomach problems. But losing 9kgs in 3 months does indicate something wrong. I would advise you to undergo an ultrasound of abdomen at the very least. Also if there is a change in your bowels have your stool examined for occult blood or if possible get a colonoscopy. If all reports are fine your weight loss is probably due to diminished intake of food which is due to depression or anxiety. In that case I would advise you to go back to drugs till your doctor feels it is safe to stop them.
