Welcome to Healthcare Magic
A steroid medication will surely affect the results of a 24 hour urine free cortisol test. You need to alert your Endocrinologist about this and do as he/she says. You are probably being assessed for Cushing's syndrome for which taking additional dteroids could be dangerous. Do not delay. Consult your Doctor in this regard.
