i have been on adderall 20 mg xr twice a day for two weeks. i have now been bleedin for one week and it is not time for my period. can adderall cause the blleding???

Adderal is not known to directly cause vaginal bleeding. You probably have pathology in your uterus or cervix like fibroid, polyp etc. or even hormonal disturbances which can cause delayed bleeding. Get evaluated by a Gynaecologist and find the right cause and get appropriate treatment.
