hi i am 31 weeks pregnant with gestational diabeties . i was managing to keep my blood sugar between 4.0 to 5.6 over the last 4 days is been up to 7.3 i have been told to keep ander 7.5 what is causing this sudden increase as i hardly eat any thing at all and i was doing so well or me be stress. your sincerly iqa

It is natural for the blood glucose to rise in last 3 months of pregnancy and you may need to titrate the medicines accordingly. Are you on insulin or Metformin?
The hormonal changes will rise blood glucose.
Yes, stress can increase blood glucose for sure. when you are stressed, body produce hormones like cortisol and adrenaline etc which push glucose high.
