Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no improvement even after 3 days of starting antibiotics, he is feeling sick and not taking feeds, it is better to see your doctor without much delay, as we may need admission for injectable antibiotics along with fluids and other supportive measures.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
