Does Sore Nipples And Heavy Breasts After Tubal Ligation Mean Pregnancy?

I had a tubal ligation on July 31, 2009. The first day of my last period was January 18, 2014. I have had sore nipples, my breast tissue is thicker, my breasts feel heavy, my breasts and nipples are tingly and my bras are fitting tighter. Is is possible for me to be pregnant?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Though it is not possible to be a pregnant, but it is not impossible. There could be re canalization, very rarely. The other causes may be the anemia, infection, anxiety etc.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to exclude pregnancy by home pregnancy test,H.C.G. test, and ultrasound.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
