Does Phleboliths In The Pelvis Lead To Thrombosis?

I have phleboliths in the pelvis. This diagnosis came out this morning after a KUB. I have been suffering from pain for almost 2 weeks now. I an still looking for a job as a CNA and I do not have medical insurance to continue seeing a doctor.
What is the next step I should do anticipating any complications that this condition might lead to thrombosis.
What kind of specialist I should see with this condition?

Thank you,
Teresa

Hello

Pelvic pain may be due to many causes like musculoskeletal causes, pelvic organ pain, calculus etc.
Phleboliths are generally an incidental benign findings and doesn't cause pain, thrombosis etc.
Phlebolith is a small calcification within a vein. These are very common in the veins of the lower part of the pelvis and it is of generally no clinical importance.
It is generally age related finding.
Besides clinical evaluation, you may need routine hemogram,X-ray L/S spine, ultrasound of abdomen.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
