Does Pain On The Left Side Sign Of Pregnancy?

My Fallopian tube (left) was hurting for a couple hours maybe 5 days ago. Although they are relieved as of now, I fear it could be a sign of pregnancy. I had sex two weeks prior to the incident (We used a condom but it broke, although he never ejaculated and urinated after the last time he did ejaculate, so I don't know). The nurse said that it was just my period coming but it hasn't come yet! It has been 30 days since my last period. Am I pregnant?

Thank you for the question and I am happy to help.

If you have not checked a pregnancy test, then you MUST check one now. Anyone who is at risk for pregnancy (condom breaking, regardless of whether he thought that he did not ejaculate) and have pain on one side or the other should be considered at risk for having an ectopic pregnancy. The nurse is making a dangerous assumption! You need to consult with an OB/GYN to sort this out. You are late for your period an certainly could be pregnant!

I hope that this helps and good luck!
