Hello dear,
I understand your concern.
In my opinion the sore breasts, change in the pattern of hunger might be the symptoms of pregnancy.
Other symptoms of pregnancy are increased urination, nausea, vomitings. And the symptoms of pregnancy start 2 weeks after missed period.
The first sign of pregnancy is missed period.
So the missed period along with pregnancy symptoms might give a suspicion of pregnancy.
But the confirmation is to be done by doing a urine pregnancy test and ultrasound.
I would like you to do a urine pregnancy test and consult doctor for ultrasound and further management.
And if at all the test is negative the pain abdomen and backache might be due to premenstrual cramps.
Hope this helps.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
