Once there is pregnancy then many no medicines help so if you really want to abort the baby you consult a Gynaecologist she will prescribe the perfect medicine for abortion & it has to be taken with guidance of Gynaecologist so that she can help you properly. If you don't get menses in 3-4 days please consult a Gynaec don't waste time after that .
