Does Lower Heart-rate From Taking Inderal During A Workout Have Significant Impact On How Many Calories I Burn?

I am 54 year old female. I take Inderal 120 mg ER bid for migraines. Health history.. hypothyroidism (synthroid 0.125 daily) Allegra-D for allergies.. year round. Question I have is... Does my lower heart-rate from taking Inderal during a workout going to have a significant impact on how many calories I burn ? I cannot get my HR above like 80.. Does it really make a difference on how many calories I burn.. considering I am doing the same thing that would put my HR way above 100 without taking Inderal. Thanks
I would like to lose 30#..and have heard it is almost impossible on Inderal..

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

No, it does not change

Exercise helps but it has limitations - you need to do really severe and prolonged exercise indeed! – For example, in walking 1 kilometre, one spends 1 Calorie per kilogram of his body weight! A cup of rice or an average bar of chocolate has approximately 200 calories.

The ideal solution is to see a good DIETICIAN - One generally needs SEVERAL sessions, to master concepts of calories, nutritional values, biological value, vitamins, minerals and so on. You have to reduce the QUANTITY of your food and change the QUALITY too.

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
