Most likely, the reason why you don't have any more spotting is because the hematoma is resolving and the pregnancy will be fine. It is impossible to know if that is because of the medicine, or if it is just what happened on its own naturally. Most of the time these things will resolve and the pregnancy will be fine. However, there is a risk that the hematoma will get bigger and that would increase the risk of miscarriage. However, if the spotting stopped, it is probably because things will be fine. Your doctor will probably want to repeat another ultrasound in two weeks or so just to check and make sure things are ok.
