Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the pain due to the gastric irritation, hiatal hernia, phlegm in the chest, eosinofelia, or cardiac problem.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an X ray chest, recent E.C.G. and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel till the diagnosis is established.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
