Does Eptoin Cause Confusion And Drowsiness?

Hi,I am 29 years old and taking eptoin 100mg for the past 5 years because i had a epilepsy attack in 2009 since then i am taking this medicine.nowadays i have experiencing a problem,sometimes i am totally confused of what is going around and i thought that am i dreaming or something.After that attack i feel very drowsiness. Is it a side effect of eptoin or something else,please suggest.

episodes of confusion can be seizure attack itself. so better take a EEG. Phenytoin can cause unstaediness and diziness
