Econorm has Saccharomyces boulardii.Taking this helps in treatment of diarrhea and many other gastrointestinal diseases.These spores , administered , act by several mechanism against organisms causing stomach upset(Acute diarrhea).
You can take them safely and they have very minimal side effects.
