Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

The situation is 100% normal. Semen ejected through urine in droplets is a common happening and there is nothing to worry about any IBS.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
