Does Creatinine Level Of 112 Suggest Kidney Failure ?

My daughter has a creatinine level of 112. She is 24 and in otherwise good health. She had a blood test and the only other abnormal reading was calcium which was 10.3. Her glucose was 76. She weighs 104 and is 4'11 ft tall. Another doctor said a reading of 112 means moderate kidney failure? Is that correct?

Hello
Thanks for query .I think there is misinterpretation in reading blood report of creatinine .

Normal creatinine levels in human being ranges from 0.9 to 1.2 mg% The report which you have posted to be 112 is wrong it may be 1.12 and not 112.

With creatinine of 1.12, I would state that your daughter has no kidney disease .

Do not worry and get the report verified and corrected if there is typing mistake or human error.
