Hi, Ovulation typically occurs 5-10 days after taking the last Clomiphene pill. So, if you took Clomiphene pill on days 3-7 of your cycle, you are most likely to ovulate between days 10 and 16. If you take Clomiphene on days 5 through 9, ovulation is most likely to occur between days 12 and 17 of your cycle. Ovulation can, however occur even later than 10 days after your last Clomiphene pill. It may take repeat cycles to become pregnant. When Clomiphene is successful and results in ovulation, a woman s fertility chances are between 10 and 13% which means it typically requires repeat cycles to achieve pregnancy. But if you are not getting your periods, you are probably not ovulating regularly. Without ovulation, pregnancy usually isn t possible.
