Does Anemia Cause Joint Pains? Result Negative For Arthritis

I'm 40 mother of three and having joint pains .What might be the cause? Consulted and blood tests were done as I thought I might be having or developing arthritis.The results were negative for arthritis but revealed that I'm anaemic. Does anaemia cause joint pains?

No, anemia doesn't cause joint pains. Most common cause is osteoarthritis where joint spaces and cartilages start showing signs of wear and tear. All the tests are normal . You need to reduce pressure on affected joints and appropriate exercises is the most effective treatment
