Dear Sir,
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the potential "hormonal disruptors"

An endocrine disruptor (as per WHO) is an exogenous substance or mixture that alters function(s) of the endocrine system and consequently causes adverse health effects in an intact organism, or its progeny, or (sub) populations.

We are constantly in contact with both natural and synthetic substances that are found everywhere in our daily life, such as paracetamol, vitamin C, caffeine or phytoestrogens and that can interact with our hormone system.

Recent in vitro studies (performed in a test tube, culture dish, or elsewhere outside a living organism) involving the adult human testis indicate that Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) has endocrine disruptive potential during fetal life.
The production of testosterone and insulin-like factor-3 by Leydig cells was altered by exposure to Paracetamol.

Hope this information could be more informative to you.
Best regards.
A feed back is highly appreciated.
