Does Abdominal Pain With Less Urine Indicate Appendicitis?

I had severe pain throughout the night on my lower right and mid abdomen. This was accompanied by nausea and vomiting. throughout today i still have the pain to a degree but not as severe as last night. Could this be appendicitis? i have no appetite, i find that my thirst has increased yet my urination possibly decreased.
