OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It is not a sign of pregnancy at all. The symptoms you described in your question are of mid-cycle pain (the pain which almost is experienced by every woman). You can conceive if you and your partner will try these days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
