Hello i am a 27 year old female im about 5'6 and wgt about 175. I have been very healty until i discovere a piece of skin hanging from my uvula, its about the size of pea, but seems to stretch at times and than I have hard times swallowing at times. I noticed this after having my son. During my pregnancy I had bad morning sickness for about six months, my son is 5 now and my uvula has grown in size. Do u think it will ever go away or will I have to get it surgically removed?
Hi, uvula alone rarely gets enlarged in any condition, mild enlargement will not cause any difficulty in swallowing, my advice for you is to consult an ent specialist get your examination done...
