Does E.Coli In Stool Sample Suggest Amoebiasis?

i have a 4 year old grandson who is suffering from stomach ache and loose bowel movement. stool analysis showed amoeba E. Coli 0-2/hpf, pus cells at 5-10/hpf among others. what is the diagnosis, is he suffering from amoebiasis and what is the treatment,

* Diagnosis is Amoebiasis ( Amoebic dysentery ) , infection caused by any of
the amoebas of the Entamoeba group , symptoms are most common
through infection by E.Histolytica . Amoeba of E.Coli is also one of the
8 amoeba causing amoebiasis , so e.coli in stool suggest amoebiasis .
* Treatment is systemic antibiotics IV / oral depending upon the clinical
severity , maintenance of hydration , electrolyte balance , nutritional
aspects .
