Does Adderall Intake Help Reduce Cortisol Levels?

could taking 10 mg of adderall a day increase my cortisol levels enough to make it difficult for me to lose belly fat? I m only a few pounds above my desired weight, 5 4 , 129 lbs and finally started an exercise regimen two months ago. I ve seen results everywhere on my body except my stomach.

Welcome!

I can understand your health worries.

But, I will never suggest you to take adderall the purpose you are thinking for. It will be a total mismanaged way of going like this. I will preferably suggest you to join, Yoga, Zumba, Cardio classes at some gym under the guidance of a gym instructor. It will take only 45 days for you to shed that extra pounds as you are not that overweight.

Hope it helps. Have a good one.

Regards!
