ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the chronic suppurative otitis media and in this disease if you want to prevent the progression of the disease better to go for the surgery.

Before surgery you may go for the some tests
1. Pure tone audiometry.
2. X ray mastoid.

Thanks
