Do I Have Kidney Dysfunction?
I am female, I had fever for 4 days due to inflammation in tonsil, I took Panadol Extra ,then I had pain in my kidney , so I stopped to take panadol and I made analysis for kidney function and urine analysis
I find that creatinine is 0.8 and urea 22 but albumin is + in urine and pus cells 6-8
My question is Have I kidney dysfunction

Your kidney function test are within normal.
Albumin in urine can be positive in fever.
More than 10 pus cells in urine are significant. So don't worry you don't have any kidney dysfunction.
