General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern.

It seems like another acute episode of Vertigo. Try simple analgesics like paracetamol twice daily after food for a day or so. You may also require Tablet Vertin, but this is a prescription drug. Please get it prescribed by a physician. Try not to move around a lot. Adequate bed rest and plenty of oral fluids should help you get away with the symptoms.

Get well soon and regards,

Dr. Shanthi
