Dizziness, Menieres, Cold, Congestion. Taken Ativan, Dramamine, Coetidrocal. What Now?

I am trying to control dizziness from my cold I got today. I have Menieres and flaring right now. I cannot lay down at all, i get all out bad dizziness. So I took a dramamine 44/198. I too took Ativan at 7 pm. And coetidrocal at 900 pm. I o take serc 1 tab 16 mg in the morning with breakfast. This cold is making some congestion, I have advanced breathe away tab on my nose too. What now? I need to lay down go to sleep. Also the last two weeks a lump feeling on my right sight of thyroid area. Ultrasound done, no results for a week, blood test yesterday too. What's happening, what Gould I do right now?

As your a known Menier`s you need to have some anti oedema measures to reduce your inner ear fluid. Don`t combine your anti vertigo drugs with anti histamines that your taking for cold,they will have opposite effect. Anti vertigo drugs will reduce your compensation mechanism but your acute exacerbation needs this
