Discomfort Feeling In Left Side Of Body, Overweight. Can It Be Cardiac Related?

Hello, I have the following issue: I have had a very discomforting feeling within the left side of my body (chest, left arm and sometimes neck). While it comes and goes I am rater scared that it might BE cardiac related. I am 30 years old, overweight.

I would appreciate a medic's insight about this. I currently live in Finland but I am an Immigrant still not covered by their national healthcare system and thus unable to visit a physician.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the cervical spondylosis, or gastric irritation, or arthritis of the left shoulder. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, anti inflamatory like acyclophenac, and a rubificient for local application. Thank you.
