Difficulty In Swallowing Magnesium Citrate. Scheduled For Colonoscopy. Advice?
Yes, thank you. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy tomorrow morning. I am having great difficulty swallowing the magnesium citrate now. I have tried sweeting it with Stevia, watering it down with tea and more water, but I can't get passed a few swallows. Any suggestions to make it easier? I have to consume another 10 oz. dose in the morning before I go, too.
