Diagnosed with low cardiac output at rest previously. Having intermittent chest pain, left arm, shoulder pain. Suggestions?

I am a 32 yr old female, that has been dx 2 yrs ago with low cardiac output (44%) at rest, no treatment except to reduce stress. Except told I can workout & live normal life??? BP and bloodwork WNL as of 2 weeks ago. Experiencing intermittent chest pain (like usual), new symptom is I have off & on pain in upper left arm and shoulder blade/collar bone.

At 32 years old the likelihood of coronary artery disease remains low however given the pre-existing history you have provided, I would suggest seeking medical attention to exclude coronary ischemia (heart blood vessel blockage) as the cause of your symptoms. You may be describing typical angina type chest pain and this should be evaluated by a physician urgently. Once your doctor has excluded cardiac ischemic causes, you can the focus on other potential causes such as muskuloskeletal pain, reflux etc. If the pain persists and worsens, I would suggest you seek immediate medical attention
