Diagnosed With Cirrhoses. Had Removal Of Hernia And Appendix. Had Heart Attacks. Exercise?

I have been diagoinedd with cirroisses andi am having pain in abdomenon right and front of belly I just had my appendits out and also a hernia I have some other problems 5 heart attacks and have copd I am on home oxegen and numerous pills and puffers I would like to know what is a good diet exercise is out becausei am not able too walk far as my knees are completely gone they wont do surgery because of health problems the two surgerys I just had was no choice sorry for spelling

Hi, the main problem you are facing now is the pain of the knees, and immobility. Rest of the health problems you are already under treatment, and stable.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe injections of vitamin B1, 6, and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and to be continued for on injection, every week. and some anti inflamatories when ever there is pain. Thank you.
