hai doctor my age is 25 yr ,i was diagnosed as PCOD then done laproscopic surgery doctor told now cleared cyst but irregular periods is now take follicular studyDay 9 - Rt ovary 1.4*1.5 Lt -1.1*1.3 EM 10mm ,D12- Lt 1.4*1.6 Rt 1.5*1.4 EM8mm ,D14 Rt 1.6*1.6 lt 1.5*1.5 EM9mm put lupride inj then D16 take scan both follicules are collapsed
LH-8.09 ,AMH 4.8PCV-38% its normal or not

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you were a patient of PCOD, so study of follicle were very nice and progressive ,but don't know ,what happened on day 15 th .
Usually follicle ruptures when it attain 19-20 mm and ovulation occurs as endometrium thickness was standard size 9 mm and everything was fit for fertilized ovum ( implantation).
2nd abnormality was in the L H hormone as during ( when ovulation occurs)this process of ovulatory phase its value should be 22-105 U/L.
In your case as ovulation didn't occurs so the value of L H was low (8.09).
AMH & PCV are somewhat normal.
In my opinion consult your treating gynaecologist and get his opinion.
Lupride (leuprorelin ) is indicated in endometiosis & uterine fibroid .
Consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
