Are Folvite,Ovacare Forte And Glycomet Effctive In Treatment Of PCOD?

Hi i am 28 years old and diagnosed with PCOD. We are trying since 1 year but still couldnt conceive. i have done 1 follicular study but no conception.This month i will perform another follicular study . Due to office i was not able to do it on 10th day. Can i start my follicular study on 13th day?? Dr told me to take fertly from D2 to D6 and told to take HCJ injection and dhuphaston after rupture for 10 days. Also note on my previous follicular study no cycst was found in the ovaries and everything was normal. Can you tel me if there is chances of conception this time and also am i on right medication. Due to PCOD i am regularly taking folvite, ovacare forte and glycomet daily.

Hi, I have gone through your question. Yes, you can start your follicular monitoring on day 13, but then you need to get it done daily till the folicle ruptures or reaches the size when you can take hCG injection. Fertyl is clomiphene which is given for ovulation induction.If your follicles are reaching appropriate size of 16-20 mm, then there good chances that you may conceive. Duphaston is the progesterone which is given after follicular rupture to make uterus more conducive for pregnancy. In my opinion, you are appropriate drugs. You should continue taking folvite and glycomet. Ovacare forte is not an essential drug in your case.
