Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

Diabetes is a micro amigopathy characterised by microvascular complications. It involves peripheral nerves.
Low back pain might be due to sciatica or lower lumbar disc herniation which causes low back pain.
It needs to be evaluated with the help
Of mri scan of lumbar disc and supplementation of vitamin b12 with pregablin will help to relieve pain.

Thanks
