Diabetes, UTI, Burning Sensation, Back Pain, Cramps, Swelling Of Face. What Is The Diagnosis?

Hi sir! I AM SURESH RAMARAO,Aged 39 male.No B.P, NO Sugar(Diabetes)
I am suffering from UTI since last 10 months.
with below symptoms:
1.Urge more to urinate but less urinating
2.Last 2 toes of legs slight swelling
3.Legs back side portion Burning
4.Lower back pain
5.Burning sensation on the back
6.Cramps on thies& buttocks
and recently 2 days back my left foot swells lightly and even left part of my face swollen slightly.
Kindly tell me the correct diagnosis of my problem.

Hi
If you are having UTI it should be treated properly with proper antibiotics for proper duration otherwise your kidney might get affected.In your case there is a chance for that.So you should rule out that.You should do a renal profile.Creatinine will increase if kidney is affected.Better have a physician consultation soon.Hope this may help you
