Developed Circular Lesions On Palms And Bumps On Feet. Suggest

Hi, I have recently developed circular lesions on the palms of my hands where there's broken skin. I also have noticed the bottoms of both feet have developed raised circular bumps which feel harder than my normal skin. I looked at pictures of ringworm on google images and this didn't really resemble what i'm seeing - i know this is nearly impossible to diagnose without a physical examination however possibilities of what it might be would be very helpful.
Thankyou, Nick.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, Nick

You are having skin lesions on palms and soles. There are many diseases which occur on palms and soles in circular or annular manner.
They are..
Tinea manus and tinea pedis
Granuloma annulare
Sarcoidosis
Secondary syphilis
Hansens disease
Lupus erythematosus
Erythema annular centrifugum
Urticaria
Urticarial vasculitis
Erythema multiforme ..target lesions

Thorough clinical examination should be done, If necessary, laboratory investigation and skin biopsy should be done. All these should be done by competent dermatologist. After complete diagnosis, he will give perfect treatment.

I feel that you are having granuloma annulare. Local steroid and oral chloroquine may improve the disease...

Best wishes..
