Hi.

As you have mentioned, you have taken medications in past, one starting with "C" for depression and the other Seroquel. there are a number of antidepressants which start with "C" and hence i am unable to comment on specific things here. Seroquel is Quetiapine, a second generation antipsychotic which has good effect on depression (approved indication) and sleep as well. Now as you have been prescribed Mosegor, the approved indication for this drug is for migraine.

From what you have written, i feel you need proper professional help to deal with your situation, and i would strongly advise you to consult a qualified psychiatrist. There are remedies for you problem, both in terms of drugs and psychotherapies, and i believe you would do good with them. And please take medicines only on the advise of qualified physicians.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

It seems that you have worsening of depression. You should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.

Doctor may advise you to go for blood tests to rule out physical causes like thyroid dysfunction, anemia or vitamin deficiency etc.

Doctor may offer either of following as a treatment.
- Anti depressant drugs like mirtazepine or sertraline or escitalopram
- Psychotherapy or stress management.

Meanwhile you may get benefit by doing relaxation exercise like yoga, meditation or breathing exercise.

Thanks.
